Contact: As our years on Earth go up, our systems slow, immune response dulls and maximum heart rate naturally decreases. Losses in muscle are upstream of many of our challenges…. we lose power, stamina, and speed. But most people are content and distracted and tell themselves, the change is minor and ineffectual. We are getting older but assume nothing has changed and nothing will change. Nothing is wrong, so there is nothing to do. We think, “I see others aging but that’s not me.” Well, as sure as the ground beneath your feet, you are aging…..The changes happen at the cellular level, but they compound and we find ourselves in an irreversible decline.
